“Apocalypse Now” exhibition by Illma Gore at the Museo La Neomudéjar

Last Wednesday the 8th we had the pleasure of opening the exhibition
Apocalypse Now
, by the artist Illma Gore, at the Museo La Neomudéjar.

Known for her controversial nude portrait of Donald Trump, Gore presented her new work in Madrid, in which she transforms the great politicians of the 20th and 21st centuries into weeping cherubs. Through this series, the artist questions the power structures and leadership of these figures, combining political criticism, humor, and vulnerability.

It has been an honor to collaborate in carrying out the exhibition, and we would like to thank the Museo La Neomudéjar and the media for their interest in the project and their warm welcome.
