Jordi Pericot. A kinetic master
Jordi Pericot belongs to the active Catalunya’s history of art because of his contribution to investigation and dissemination of the new plastic languages that have supposed a reconsideration about the art conception.
His participation in very known and important collective art groups as MENTE group or GRAV group, his dedication to teaching, relaunching and directing Elisava School. His link with the investigation of social communication, art and kinetic is consider as a reason from the Desing collective teaching, at University of Barcelona and the Communication theory at University Pompeu Fabra, to make this exposition with one fraction of his work, with the intention to make our contribution and give the acknowledgement and value that has for the Catalunya’s art history this artistic phase.
